By filling out the form below you are reserving a cart(s) to be shipped to the address you supply.  This reservation will hold a vending cart(s) for a period of 7 days.  Once you have submitted this form a representative of All American Hot Dog Co. will personally contact you to verify the details of your order.  Once payment has been received by All American Hot Dog Co., the cart will be released from the factory and shipped to your
 specified location.

We ship via common carrier. Customer must abide by the Common Carrier Tariff Laws. It is the customer's responsibility to complete all necessary claims in case of damage. AAHDC is not responsible for filling any claim forms. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

 *Credit Card transactions are subject to a 15% cancellation fee for stock products and equipment.
**Special Order paid with credit cards are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
***All American Hot Dog Co. is not responsible for any International charges such as: Duties, Taxes, Documentation, Freight Forwarding, or any customer clearance at the port. We only ship to the port - from that point forward, it is the customers responsibilities for all transfers for all merchandise.
 ****This sale is executed in Dade County in the state of Florida, and shall be governed by in accordance with the laws of Dade County in the state of Florida (without regard to conflict of law principles). All legal proceedings arising in connection to this sale shall be brought solely in the courts of Dade County in the state of Florida. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold All American Hot Dog harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including all attorney fees, arising out of or resulting in any way from, any from this sale and any legal action brought against All American Hot Dog Carts Co.
